Every artist taps into that equally-everywhere-present creative source, and translates what is experienced into form, be it painting or dance or music or sculpture. Then we as audience view each form and, according to our preferred perception, choose which one resonates.
In my coaching work, I see my job as facilitating each person in re-connecting with that innate creative source so that their life becomes the expression of that source.
In other words, your life becomes your artwork: Life is Art.
The answer precedes the question. It is the answer wanting to rise up to conscious awareness that inspires the question. Every question, no matter how awkward or frustrating, is a call for illumination.
Through the use of such tools as the Sacred Circle, or Mandala, as well as such processes as collage work, dreamwork, and journaling, Laura facilitates clients in bringing their own issues to light, and through the creative process inherently elicited through the use of the above tools, clients become present to their own answers to their own posed questions. Both the mandalas and collages can be created as a daily meditation practice (examples of which you can view in the gallery section), or developed into singular works of art that stand aesthetically on their own.
Together as client and coach, we distinguish old patterns that have limited and bound, and we elicit your authentic self, your dream of true self-expression. We co-actively design a structure through which you can actualize who you always knew yourself to be, but were afraid you weren't.
New realms of possibility unfold, and with the constraints of the past released, you become aligned with your authentic self-expression, and equipped with the structure through which to actualize that authenticity.
This is masterful living. And masterful living is the acme of the fine arts.
