“Practice listening deeply to your own intuitive responses.
Trust them.
Allow them to carry you in a direction that unfolds you to yourself.”
~ from All Is Chosen, by Dr. Laura Basha
Having taught spiritual principle for many years to many people of all ages and all walks of life, I have found that no matter what culture a person is from, what age or gender identity a person is, we are all immersed in the inquiry of what it means to be a human being.
We are hard-wired to be conduits for spirituality.
It is wrestling with the constraints of our own thinking, the
identification with our human-ness, which
creates struggle and the myriad guises of suffering.
Here you will find a series of casual and reflective monthly videos, where we consider topics of everyday living, with the intention of freeing ourselves from concern over the inevitable vicissitudes of life experience. It is my hope that through these reflections we can transmute life’s challenges into possibility and peace of mind.
With Love and Warmest Regards,

Be Struck by Beauty
“When you look at another human being and feel great love towards them, or when you contemplate beauty in nature and something within you responds deeply to it, close your eyes for a moment and feel the essence of the love or that beauty within you, inseparable from who you are, your true nature. The outer form is a temporary reflection of who you are in your essence. That is why love and beauty can never leave you, although all outer forms will.”
~ Eckhart Tolle

We Need More Very Quiet
“All healing transmutation takes place in the Silence. Through the practice of quieting the thinking process, either through meditation or consciously stopping thinking, we can turn our attention away from the cacophony of incessant automatic thinking that passes through, and practice listening to the quietness … Listen for the profundity of the Silence. It has the resonance of vastness.”

Transformational Humor with Special Guest Dr. Laura Basha
Seeds of Wisdom Ep. 25 Transformational Humor with Special Guest Dr. Laura Basha digs deep into why we suffer and how to transform the suffering into thriving. A part of this process is transformational humor and ever since this episode I’ve been becoming more aware of how this all works in such a beautiful way.
Inner vs Outer Purpose
Finding the words which capture your personal outer purpose is one way to authentically express yourself in the world. Since your personal purpose is articulated through your own choice of words, it is distinguished from a deep listening of what you are truly aligned with, committed to, and passionate about.
Your inner purpose is an expression of the inherent integrity of your life, your raison d’etre. It is the articulation of your own Center to the circumference of your world.
Once articulated, your capacity to harness focused intention and power, and align that with a larger purpose, is exponentially increased. You become an inherently synchronized person inspired to learn and grow, infused with the vitality of self-actualization. Such Self-perception cannot be underestimated in terms of its capacity to produce extraordinary results.
You will unveil the connection of the golden threads of the deeper Self with the fabric of personality, emerging to be the person that you know you were born to be: creative and powerful with gentle humility, wise with compassion, vulnerable with confidence.
